You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the m9bet. Only one account per CPF is allowed. Registration is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and retention of any unwithdrawn balances.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 and the minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00, both via Pix. Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for amounts under R$ 50,000.00. For larger amounts, the security review may take up to 24 hours. No fees on deposits or withdrawals.
Every bonus at m9bet has a rollover requirement that is defined and communicated before activation. The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 carries a 5× rollover on the bonus amount. To create an account at m9bet and use the platform's services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration is free and requires accurate information, including full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number. The m9bet reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer), in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each user is fully responsible for all activity carried out on their account at m9bet. This includes bets placed, financial transactions carried out, and any communications made through the account.

The m9bet may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, or a valid passport, plus proof of address issued within the last 90 days. The verification process takes up to 48 hours after documents are submitted.
Accounts with no activity (login, bet, or transaction) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. The m9bet will notify the user by email before applying any inactivity fee. Remaining balances remain available for withdrawal for at least 5 years after the inactivity declaration.
The m9bet only accepts deposits from the account holder — deposits from third parties, someone else's credit card, or any payment method not linked to the account holder's CPF are not accepted.
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. The maximum limit per Pix deposit is R$ 50,000.00. For deposits above this amount, please contact support for guidance. There is no monthly maximum deposit limit, but m9bet may request proof of the source of funds for significant amounts, in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation.
The m9bet does not charge any fees on deposits. The full deposited amount is credited to your account balance. Any fees charged by your originating bank are the user's responsibility and are independent of m9bet.
Withdrawals at m9bet are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted under any circumstances.
The m9bet may request identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, especially for a first withdrawal above R$ 1,000.00 or withdrawals totaling more than R$ 5,000.00 within 30 calendar days. This verification is a regulatory requirement and serves to protect users against fraud.
Bonus balance must meet the applicable rollover requirement before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The rollover varies depending on the active promotion — the most common is 5× (five times) the bonus amount received. Once the rollover is completed, the converted BRL balance can be withdrawn normally. The rollover details for each bonus are described on the Promotions.
The m9bet offers bonuses and promotions periodically for new and existing users. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are always communicated prior to activation. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are outlined below.
The welcome bonus from m9bet matches 100% of your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The rollover requirement is 5× (five times) the bonus amount. Example: a R$ 200.00 deposit earns a R$ 200.00 bonus — to withdraw the bonus, you must place at least R$ 1,000.00 in valid bets. Bets on events with odds below 1.50 do not count toward the Sports Betting rollover.
Free spins are valid only on the slots specified in the corresponding promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 10× rollover before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The value per spin in free spins is fixed and defined in each promotion's terms.
Sports Betting on m9bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and European leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, e-sports, and more.
A bet is only valid once the on-screen confirmation is displayed along with a generated ticket number. Bets pending confirmation — for example, due to a connection failure — are not considered valid until the system issues the ticket. Always check the "My Bets" section to confirm your bet was properly registered.
In the live betting of m9bet, odds are updated continuously in real time. Your bet is recorded at the exact odds in effect at the moment of confirmation — claims that a different odd was displayed beforehand will not be accepted. Partial and full Cash Out is available on selected events and can be used at any time before the event ends.
The m9bet may void bets in the following cases: event cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours; a serious technical error that produced clearly incorrect odds; suspected manipulation of the event's outcome; or force majeure preventing the event from taking place. In all voided bet cases, the wagered amount is returned to the user's account balance.
Parlay bets have odds calculated by multiplying the odds of each selection. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated using the remaining selections. If only one selection remains, the bet is treated as a single with that selection's odds.
All casino games available on the m9bet — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live casino, and crash games — use RNG (Random Number Generator) systems certified by independent auditors.
The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is published on the game's information sheet and represents the theoretical return over a large number of rounds. Individual results in specific sessions may vary significantly from the theoretical RTP — this is inherent to the random nature of the games. In cases of closure due to a violation, bonus balances are cancelled and real balances are subject to review before being released.

The m9bet is not liable for: financial losses resulting from betting or gaming, which are inherently risky activities; service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, including internet providers and payment services; indirect damages, lost profits, or moral damages arising from use of the platform.
